3671 (sometimes mentioned to be called "38716" and "PACK-E") is a whitish-linen-colored claw bot with a square head with sky-blue circular pupils a cerulean mark and is one of the background characters in WALL•E and a robot aboard the Axiom. The function of this bot is unknown, but one is seen in the Repair Ward. Several of them are seen in robot highways, some of them carry boxes, some do not.

Some of them might be commonly seen in Robot Highways. One of them is sent to the repair ward before WALL-E destroys the switch to free the bots. Many of them are seen with or without boxes for delivery.
