He is seen chasing Lightning and Cruz. Later, he crashes into Faregame and spins around. He is later eliminated by falling on his left side with Pushover.

He appears in Miss Fritter's Racing Skoool, he interrumps Pushover's interview, later he gets kicked out by Miss Fritter in the commercial and he celebrates.

In Cars 3: Driven to Win, Arvy along Dr. Damage, Bill and Miss Fritter had these weapons:
- Magnetic Mine/Road Mine: He uses that Magnetic or Road Mine to launch it in a part of the circuit to damage the player.
- Bombs: He uses bombs that she launches to the player and the rivals to hurt them.
- Missile Launcher: He uses the missile launchers to defeat the player.
- Machine Guns/Rapid Fire: He uses the Machine Guns (now called Rapid Fire) to fire the player.
