William "Bill" Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor and comedian. He provided additional voices in Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., Cars and Monsters University.
Prior to Pixar, Bill is well known for being the current voice actor for Disney characters Goofy Goof and Pluto. He also did additional voices in Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Home on the Range, Ice Age: The Meltdown, Surf's Up, The Lorax, Minions, The Secret Life of Pets, Despicable Me 3, and The Grinch.[1]
