Bill Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor and comedian who performed Joe in Toy Story 2, and who provided additional voices in Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Monsters University, Coco, Incredibles 2, and Toy Story 4. He is well known for being the current voice actor for Disney characters Goofy and Pluto. Prior to Pixar, voicing characters in the favorite films such as Beauty and the Beast, A Goofy Movie and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
