The Chatter Telephone is one of the supporting characters in Toy Story 3.

- Chatter Telephone is Teddy Newton's favorite voice role.[1]
- In the "Chatter Phone Tipline" videos about Teddy Newton, he says Teddy Newton infiltrated Sunnyside, and then says, "Be careful, he can be any one of the toys around us." It turns out Chatter Telephone is Teddy Newton.
