Chuck E. Duck is a rubber ducky with a comical face and is one of the Toy Story Toons characters. His first appearance was in the Toy Story Toons, short Partysaurus Rex. He is one of Bonnie's toys for bathtime.

Chuck is extroverted and active. He loves loud parties in bathtubs full of bubbly water.

- He has 2 voices in the short, which are Tony Cox from Return of the Jedi and Don Fullilove from Back to the Future. Cox provides his louder voice when excited, while Fullilove does the voice when he speaks calmly. Some fans think both are so convincing that they think the rubber duck had one voice instead of two.
