Desiree is one of the minor characters in Your Friend the Rat. She is Remy’s mother.
Appearance[]
Desiree appear to be a partly brick red-colored rat with fairly blush fur on her chest and has tails that has the exact color of her fur. In the short film, she appears to have a "smirking face", which means that she is in love with her husband Django.
Your Friend the Rat[]
She is Remy and Emile's mother and Django's wife. Her only appearance was as a drawing in Your Friend the Rat with Django and a large bunch of baby rats. She was never seen or mentioned in Ratatouille.

- Remy's mother was originally intended to appear in Ratatouille, but was cut.
