Domee Shi is a director and story artist at Pixar. She began her Pixar career as an intern in the story department in June 2011[1]. She was hired full time and started working as a story artist on Inside Out. Since then she has worked on The Good Dinosaur, Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4. She made her directorial debut with the short film Bao which led her to winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Short and paving the way for her first movie, Turning Red. She also voiced one of the office ladies in Purl.
