Doug is a minor character in Toy Story 4. He is a zebra ragdoll who lives in the pinball machine inside Second Chance Antiques.

Doug is first seen as a toy clawed up by Dragon. He is later seen inside the pinball machine, where it's revealed only his bottom half was torn.

- During Doug's line in the pinball machine, the wilhelm scream can be heard as an Obi-Wan Kenobi figure cuts off an Anakin Skywalker figure's arm.[citation needed]
