Dream Productions is an animated television series produced by Pixar, released on December 11, 2024 on Disney+. The series is a spin-off of Inside Out and Inside Out 2, and takes place between the two films. It was announced on August 9, 2024 at the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.[2] In addition, one of the episodes was screened at one of the D23 panels.

The series was created, written, and directed by Mike Jones. It has been nominated for many awards including winning 2 Annie Awards in its first season, one for best limited series.

Synopsis[]

Riley is growing up and when her memories need some extra processing, Joy and the rest of the Core Emotions send them to Dream Productions. Acclaimed director Paula Persimmon faces a nightmare of her own: Trying to create the next hit dream after being paired up with Xeni, a smug daydream director looking to step up into the big leagues of night dreams.
