- In Cars Race-O-Rama, he appears and is playable in Monster Truck Races.
- Sulley is based on the character James P. Sullivan from the movie Monsters, Inc.
- According to Car Finder, he is a Scream Motors Monstrocity SI. Also, the game spells his name without the "e".
