Keith James Ferguson (born February 26, 1972) is an American voice actor who performed the voice of Lightning McQueen in Cars Toons, Miss Fritter's Racing Skoool and in various video games, whenever Owen Wilson was unavailable. He was also the voice of Bloo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Flintheart GlomGold In DuckTales (2017). He even has additional voices in Monsters University, Inside Out and Toy Story 4, and voiced Jordan's Sadness in Riley's First Date?.
