Kelsey Grammer.
Kelsey Grammer (born February 21, 1955) is an American actor, voice actor, producer, director, writer, singer, and activist who performed the voice of Stinky Pete in Toy Story 2 and in the television show, Woody's Roundup.
He is best known for his long-running role as Dr. Frasier Crane on the highly successful sitcom Cheers (co-starring with John Ratzenberger) and it's equally successful spin-off Frasier. He is also known for voicing recurring villain Sideshow Bob on The Simpsons.

- His Frasier co-star David Hyde Pierce had previously voiced Slim in A Bug's Life the year before.
