La Ratatouille is a bistro in Paris, France, jointly owned by Remy and Linguini. Remy becomes the head chef of La Ratatouille after Gusteau's gets shut down due to a rat infestation. Anton Ego dines regularly at La Ratatouille. The bistro also serves food to rats in the ceiling of the restaurant.
The bistro is quite popular like the Gusteau's as customers often stand in the long line for a reservation.
