Lalo is an African saucier chef at Gusteau's and is one of the chef characters in Ratatouille.

Lalo is the saucier chef at Gusteau's. Before he became the saucier, Lalo ran away from home when he was 12 to work in the circus as an acrobat, but was fired for "messing around with the ringmaster's daughter."
Ratatouille[]
Later when Skinner catches Remy in his office, he chases him out of the restaurant only to get hit by Lalo on his scooter, Skinner desperate to get his document back takes Lalo's scooter to chase after Remy. He is last seen near the ending of the film, where he quits his job sadly after Linguini introduces Remy to him and the others.
