Larousse is Gusteau's chef garde manager in Ratatouille.

He is first seen introducing Alfredo Linguini to Chef Skinner in the beginning of the film. It was mentioned that he ran gun from the resistance, but he wouldn't mention which because apparently they didn't win. He is last seen near the ending of the film, where he quits his job sadly after Linguini introduces Remy to him and the others.
