Mrs. Anderson (also known as "Bonnie's mom") is a character in Toy Story 3. She also appears in some of the Toy Story Toons.
Toy Story 3
She is the receptionist at Sunnyside Daycare and Bonnie's mother. She is also friends with Andy's slightly aged mom.
When she is seen at the end of the film, she is amazed at how Andy has grown up to become a college student as Andy visits Bonnie's house to give away his toys. After Andy leaves, she takes Bonnie inside for some lunch.

Hawaiian Vacation
In the first episode of Toy Story Toons, she is briefly heard when Bonnie packs up to go on vacation. Shortly, before Barbie and Ken arrive.
