Rodger Bumpass.
Rodger Bumpass (born November 20, 1951) is an American actor and voice actor who performed the voices of the Mosquito in A Bug's Life and Bruiser Bukowski in Cars. He was also one of the additional voices in Toy Story 2 and The Incredibles. He also voiced Pig from CatDog and Professor Membrane from Invader Zim. His most famous voice is Squidward Tentacles on Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants. Prior to Pixar, voicing in the Nickelodeon shows, voicing characters in the films such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Quest for Camelot, Tarzan, Iron Giant, The Emperor's New Groove, Spirited Away, Osmosis Jones, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Lilo & Stitch, Treasure Planet, Brother Bear, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, and Ice Age: The Meltdown.
