Russell is a character in Monsters University.

He is a blue monster with an underbite in Ms. Graves' class. As Mike asks to pair up with him, Mike points out they carpool and they are cousins, but Russell continues to look confused and partners with a different orange monster who comes to take him, leaving Mike to say, "Okay! Good catching up!"

- Much later in the film, while Mike trains the Oozma Kappa for the Scare Games, he makes Sulley imitate his aunt Phyllis in the morning, but it's unknown wheter Phyllis is Russell's mom or not.
