When Bob gets mad and picks up his car to throw it, Rusty is right there blowing a bubble with his gum. When he sees this, he just watches in surprise and then his gum pops. Bob then puts down his car and goes inside his house for dinner.

The following evening, Bob comes home after being fired and when he gets out of the car, he notices Rusty there again, and asks what he wants, and Rusty replies for something amazing to happen. A disappointed Bob replies that he wishes for the same thing too before going indoors.

Rusty makes his third appearance when the Parrs' house was destroyed by [[Syndrome]]'s falling plane. However, the Parrs are protected by Violet's force field. Helen initially worries that the revelation of their secret as Supers may cause them to be relocated again, but Rusty, having witnessed everything, exclaims that the whole scene was amazing, therefore easening the Parrs' fears.

Rusty McAllister is a minor character in The Incredibles.

One evening, when Bob gets home after a bad day at work, his malfunctioning car causes him to get mad enough that he lifts it up with the intent to throw it, However, Rusty is right there blowing a bubble with his gum. When he sees this, he just watches in surprise and then his gum pops. Bob then puts down his car and goes inside his house for dinner.
