Dan Scanlon?

The original article for Scanlon directing has since been edited to remove the mention of Cars 3. Either the news wasn't supposed to be announced yet, or the writer made a mistake (which could be more likely). It is noteworthy that IMDb has been claiming that Scanlon is the director of Cars 3 for quite a while now; maybe the writers had taken the info from there, before being informed it was incorrect. Anyways, I think we should remove the claim from the lead at least. But maybe we could keep a record, maybe in the trivia, just in case?...--Gray Catbird (talk) 25px-Gray_catbird_cars.jpg 23:54, February 23, 2016 (UTC)

Yeah, SlashFilm has made an update on their source of the original news to say that Disney made an error on their blog site. I think I like the idea of mentioning it in the trivia. --Lightening McQueen (talk) 01:07, February 24, 2016 (UTC)

Tom Magliozzi?

How can Tom Magliozzi voice Rusty when he died 3 years ago? Kernel3003 (talk) 16:26, March 14, 2017 (UTC)

Now that we have different cars with the same sponsors as those used for the original Cars movie, I think there should be a "2006 Piston Cup Sponsors" page and a "2017 Piston Cup Sponsors" page (or maybe just a single page with two sections?). Then we can remove the redirects for the sponsors names that currently go to the individual 2006 Piston Cup racers (Mood Springs, for example....). There also should be something similar for the racers themselves? Thoughts? - RaptorWiki (Ryan) 17:13, July 16, 2017 (UTC)
