How did she do it?[]
I have a theory about how Celine de Phare got her eyes in her headlights. Maybe she used to have her eyes in the windshield, but she got some kind of car surgery that put her eyes in her headlights. P.S. When she uses her headlights for driving at night, it probably would look like her eyes are glowing.
