I didn't see Raoul CaRoule in the French version of Cars 2. He wasn't in the French version of the video of the party in Tokyo. Click here to see that video.

- Well, it is certain that in some versions, Raoul ÇaRoule replaces Jeff Gorvette. My only evidence is this excerpt of a french news journal , which was found by another user. This is obviousely not a fake image, it is way too realistic. But I unfortunately don't know what are the versions that got Raoul. Of my researches, it appears that in most (all ?) French versions is seen Jeff Gorvette, not Raoul ÇaRoule (Here in Quebec, I myself saw Jeff Gorvette, but since there are two french versions, one for Quebec and one for France, it doesn't mean in France it was Jeff too...) The only thing I found of someone having seen (or claiming to have see...) Raoul replacing Jeff is in the last comment of the video you gave the link... So this makes it very blurry. But it remains that in one version of Cars 2, Jeff Gorvette was replaced by Raoul ÇaRoule, and the same voice actor was kept. What is that version ? What has happened to it ? I don't know, but it exists. If you guys find this still not enough evident, may be we could make it less proeminent on the wiki, like not linking Raoul on the replacing characters lists (here and here) ?
