Tinny is the main protagonist of Tin Toy. He is a little tin toy who runs from the baby Billy and hides under the couch. In the end he comes out from under the couch to play with Billy because he feels sorry for him.

- In the unmade television special A Tin Toy Christmas, it would have been revealed that Tinny belonged to a set of tin toys in the 1940s.
- Tinny can be seen in the short Lifted underneath Ernie's bed.
