Twitch is one of the toys from Sunnyside Daycare that appears in Toy Story 3. He is an "insectoid warrior" action figure that stands over five inches tall with more than 15 points of articulation, including ferocious chomping mandibles and wings. He also carries a signature magical battle staff and has removable chest armor. Twitch is one of Lotso's henchmen. He is voiced by John Cygan.

- Twitch appears to be based on the Master of the Universe toyline, and other similar action-figures, from the 1980s.
- Twitch was rumored to be voiced by Jeff Garlin, but he turned out to be voicing Buttercup instead.
