In this film, The ants are watching a successful circus (yes the circus bugs) and then they see a bunch of bugs fly away. The bugs notice humans building a new road, a trailer near by. Flik and his friends must find a new home before the humans destroy their home. Flik builds a boat and rides a river, has problems with other ants and bugs. Finds a perfect spot goes back home and a kid kidnapped Atta so they invade the humans trailer to get her back.
Pixar announces in 2012 that they'll be making a sequel in 2017. It will be all about Flik with his new friends, Atta and Dot going on a long adventure.
