The Wide Chick Pitty is a side character in Cars. He is one of the five pitties working for Chick Hicks.

"As one of Chick's pitties, not only does Wide Chick have to wear a ridiculous looking mustache, but he also has to laugh very loudly at all of his boss' jokes."[1]
He, Chick, and the other pitties drive over to Lightning McQueen after Not Chuck and the other Rust-eze pitties quit working with Lightning. Chick says the race was nice, by him. The pitties laugh at his joke. Chick tells his pitties that he's looking Dinoco blue, before yelling "Dinoco blue!" The pitties laugh again.
During the Los Angeles International Speedway three-way tie race, he tells Guido a joke about tires going under the car. After Chick pops McQueen's tire, he insults Guido about cleaning McQueen's windshield. After Guido does his fastest pit stop on McQueen, the Chick pitties are on shock about what Guido did. His mustache falls off last, after Guido looks at him and says, "Pit stop."
